- Kathy, my nurse, was exceptional. This was my first infusion and I was nervous. She calmed me and reassured me. Kathy got the IV needle in right away. No problem. She couldn’t do enough for me. She gave me a warm blanket and water, adjusted my chair, and made sure I was comfortable. I have urgency and frequency issues and Kathy was gracious in helping me to use the restroom.
