Sheridan Parking Garage Theme and Imagery Contest

Time to get creative! We are looking for an imaginative, fun, and creative theme for imagery for each floor of the Sheridan Pavilion parking garage on our Camden Campus to help make the garage easily navigable for all users. Each of the garage’s nine floors will be painted a different color. To further help differentiate the floors, we want an image for each floor.

We are seeking your creativity to come up with a theme for the images (for example, health care theme with images of stethoscope, thermometer, etc. or New Jersey theme with beaches, turnpike, town names, etc.)

How to Enter:

Submit your suggested theme and descriptions of images that could illustrate that theme here.

Deadline:

All entries must be submitted by midnight on Wednesday, January 15, 2025. If your suggestions are chosen, you will be featured in an upcoming Co-CEO Update.

My highly opinionated theme choice (lol) would be imagery matching that of day, neurology on one floor, OB, on another floor, EMS ambulance response on another floor, fire and rescue on a floor, massive orthopedic on a floor or even progress these by way of starting with EMS response on the first floor then we bring patients to the 2d floor which would represent the ER.
Possibly 3rd floor a patient would go to surgery etc… all the way up to the final floor back with family and friends… ;).

Patient satisfaction is likely more affected by the number of working elevators rather than the color of each floor of the garage.

we work hard and play hard. injuries occur during both, but both are also highlights of our local communities. so images of the local industries, work places, jobs – pleasure or relaxing ( beach, mountains, Delaware River, cooper River, farms , cowtown rodeo , these images all modern, all in days of old, or showing the old with new.

My suggestion is to paint one of the floors in a Philadelphia Flyers “Gritty” theme. Orange is a memorable color and Gritty is a fun local character to remind you where you parked.

I did the survey but entered the wrong email address. My name is Kimberly Hanson from the C.A.ST department for Cooper Cape

I would suggest ground level to be a subterranean theme like caves/crystals… moving upward: floral theme, insect theme, ground animals, ocean theme, Sky themed/flying animals, arctic theme, mountain theme, volcanic theme, ending with the 9th floor themed: outer space/galaxy.

We are proud of the city we work in- and are currently working on Project Imagine ensuring better care for the communities surrounding us in the future as we grow with Camden. Why not Camden Invincible? Highlight the good things happening around Camden to build this city back to its glory & what continues to be a highlight of this city. Work with the Philanthropic team to get pictures of kids playing at their schools, employees or residents giving back to the community, our pride walk in Camden, The aquarium, USS New Jersey, Rutgers, City Hall, American Water Building, The Skyline view on the waterfront, etc. Highlight why we continue to serve, heal, and educate.

I would like to suggest that we paint each floor the them of each of the Sheridan Pavilion floor themes.

    For example :
1st floor- “welcome floor” write welcome and have the staff “welcoming” the patients or visitors to cooper.
2nd floor – make it the “pre-op check in” floor or the Cafeteria and have food on the walls
    3rd floor – OR themed
4th floor -(well whatever the 4th floor does)
5th floor – “chemo/cancer floor” have people ringing the bell and hopeful quotes written.
6th floor- write information about colonoscopies and how often they should be done , healthy food options .
7th floor – bones , blood pressure , s/s of strokes & early warning signs.
8th floor – lungs and airway , effects of smoking / vaping ; ways to quit
9th floor- HEARTS!!! S/S of heart attacks & heart failure .

Lastly, at the elevator doors of each floor we can have the names of some Dr.’s, their locations of operations and the number to the scheduling dept. for that designated need .

This can help with additional revenue and expand the knowledge of services provided.
