On May 7, 2025, all US travelers must be REAL ID compliant to board domestic flights and access certain federal facilities.
To get a REAL ID, you need to show proof of your social security number. If you don’t have your social security card, you will need a W-2 Form or Pay Stub with your name and full social security number.
We have made a change in iCooper to allow you to print a pay stub with your full social security number. In iCooper, go to “My Pay,” then “Paychecks,” double click on a paycheck, then click “View Pay Stub With SSN.”
For our team members at Cooper Cape, you already have your full social security number on your W-2 forms, so you do not need this option. Just reach out to Colleen Felton in the Payroll Department if you need a copy of your W-2 for this purpose.
