- The receptionist and all of the nurses were outstanding. I never had a problem there. Always treated with courtesy and respect. The building is always well cleaned and comfortable. Dr. McElroy is always professional, courteous, and very compassionate about his patients. The surgery nurses were outstanding – very professional, courteous, respectful, and compassionate. They were concerned about any discomfort and pain I was having. They stood there and talked me through the procedure. The X-ray technicians were great. From the nurses in pre-op and the nurses in surgery, to the post-op nurses, they do an outstanding job by all working together. Plus working closely with Dr. McElroy and what he wants for the patient. From what I see Cooper has a great thing going here.
