FRIDAY: Join the Psychiatry Speaker Series

Cooper’s Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Department is hosting the next training event in their speaker series: “Breaking the Cycle: Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) and Anxiety in Adolescents.” All physicians and medical professionals are invited to attend.

This event will feature board-certified clinical psychologist Katherine K. Dahlsgaard, PhD, who is the founder and director of Brave Is Better Consulting and Therapy and specializes in evidence-based assessment and treatment of anxiety and related disorders. Dr. Dahlsgaard will give a lecture on ARFID and adolescent anxiety. She will speak on new research, offer clinical recommendations, discuss the impact of measurement-based care, and explore the functional outcomes of treatment methods. Click here to learn more about Dr. Dahlsgaard.
