The deadline to receive the flu vaccine, or have an approved exemption, has been extended until 5 p.m. on Monday, December 18, 2023. Please see below for the remaining flu vaccine clinic dates and times.
Location: Cooper University Hospital – Kelemen 2nd Floor, Conference Room B (next to cafeteria)
- Thursday, December 14 – 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- Friday, December 15 – 6:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.
- Monday, December 18 – noon to 2 p.m.
Per our policy, all Cooper Team Members are required to receive an annual influenza vaccination or have an approved exemption on file. If you have received the vaccine elsewhere, please email proof of vaccination to flu@cooperhealth.edu. All emails must include date of vaccine, lot number, manufacturer, expiration date, and arm where the vaccine was given.
