What You Should Know This Week:
- Real ID Deadline Coming May 7, 2025. If you haven’t updated your driver’s license or obtained an ID that is compliant with the REAL ID Act, you may not be able to travel on an airplane unless you have a passport. To get a Real ID, you will need certain documentation. For a complete list of documents click here. Cooper has made it possible for you to print a paycheck with your social security number on it (one document that can substitute for your social security card), if you need it. - Interpretation Service Disruptions – Cooper Camden. We have been experiencing disruptions with our interpretation service provider, Voyce, through the app on our iPad devices. While the issue has been resolved, we ask each area to test their devices to ensure the service is operating as expected. To learn more, click here.
- MyCooper Update. Beginning on March 30, all patients will be required to use multi-factor authentication (MFA) when logging into MyCooper. But you don’t have to wait – get ahead of the curve by enabling MFA on your personal MyCooper account now. Just follow the directions you’ll see when you log in.
- Give Peeps a Chance. Celebrate the sweet arrival of spring with our second annual Peeps Diorama Contest. Gather your peeps, hatch some egg-straordinary ideas, and get some-bunny from your team to post your display on Pulse+. For contest details, click here.
- Caffeine Cruiser Is Coming. The Dunkin’ community cruiser will visit the Cooper Camden Campus on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, from 10 a.m. to noon. Head to the area between the Sheridan Pavilion and MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper for a free sample Dunkin’ treat.
- Post Your Puppies. Help us celebrate the unconditional love and affection that puppies – and dogs of all ages – provide. On National Puppy Day on March 23, post a picture of your favorite dog on Pulse+ – and tell us what makes your pup so special. We will share some of the photos you post on Cooper’s social media pages.
- Food Truck Fridays Return to Camden Campus. Food trucks will be located between the Sheridan Pavilion and MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper every Friday, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. (weather permitting). To see which vendors are scheduled for Fridays this month, check the food truck schedule here.

- Cape Microsoft 365 Migration. Last week, the Cape team began migrating to the Cooper Microsoft 365 environment for email, calendars, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot and all other Microsoft 365 applications and functions. - New Service Desk Partner at Cooper Camden. Beginning Wednesday, March 26, 2025, if you call the IT Service Desk at 856.968.7166, the call will be answered by our new service desk provider, NTT Data. For more information, click here.

- Advanced HAZMAT Life Support Courses in Camden. Please join us on April 8, 2025, for a four-hour course that trains health care professionals to medically manage patients with acute radiation syndrome and internal contamination with radionuclides.
