We hope you are having a safe and productive week. Thank you for all you are doing to keep our patients, community, and each other safe.
What You Should Know This Week:
- Reminder: Well-being resources are available. Cooper’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Carebridge is available to you 24 hours a day (800.437.0911). Give them a call if you need to speak to someone if you are experiencing heightened stress, concern, or isolation for any reason, including anxiety related to the war between Israel and Hamas that has left thousands of people dead, including civilians. As health care workers, we recognize the challenging conditions facing first responders in the current conflict who compassionately provide care to all who need help. We understand many people across the region are suffering, including some in our community who are grieving or worried for loved ones. Despite all that we see around us, we must, without discrimination or prejudice, focus on our mission to serve, to heal, and to educate our communities. These are difficult times. As team members, let us continue to do our best to treat each other, and those we care for, as we would want to be treated – with respect, kindness, and compassion. If you are struggling and want to talk to someone, we encourage you to call Carebridge (EAP) at 800.437.0911. Please make your well-being a top priority.

We want to thank everyone for their hard work that make these national recognitions possible. Read more about this recognition here.
