- Tomorrow is the first day of Pride Month, a celebration to commemorate years of struggle for civil rights and the ongoing pursuit of equal justice under the law for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer community, as well as the accomplishments of LGBTQ+ individuals. - On July 24, 2023, we will be transitioning to iCooper for HR, Finance and Supply Chain functions. We need to begin closing out business-related activities in the Lawson system. - In honor of National CPR Week, which begins tomorrow, Cooper team members are invited to learn the lifesaving skill of hands-only CPR. On Tuesday, June 6, Cooper’s Center for Resuscitation Education and Community Engagement will offer free training in the Roberts Pavilion from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. To read more, click here.

- New State Law and Your Medical Record. As of May 18, 2023, a new law in New Jersey requires hospitals and clinical laboratories to provide patients with a specific opportunity to update their medical records to reflect current information on race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and gender identity. Initially, Cooper patients will be able to update their medical record in myCooper as we await regulations from the New Jersey Department of Health.
