Co-CEO Message – April 17, 2024

Dear Cooper Team:

We hope everyone is having a good week. Thank you for all you are doing to care for our patients, community, and each other.

What You Should Know This Week:

  • The Joint Commission Is Here. Thank you for welcoming The Joint Commission survey team to Cooper for their triennial assessment, which helps us maintain the highest standards of patient care and safety. Remember, if you are asked something you’re unsure about, do not guess and direct them to the appropriate resources or colleagues who can provide accurate information. It’s better to admit not knowing something than to provide incorrect information. Thank you for your commitment in prioritizing patient safety above all else. For more information, click here.

Health care is not like other professions when it comes to our ability to participate in this day. We have developed a quality program balancing the challenges our health care environment requires. Accordingly, only those who have received notice that their child was selected may bring their child to work this day. For more information, click here.
