Co-CEO Message – April 10, 2024

Dear Cooper Team:

We hope everyone is having a good week. Thank you for all you are doing to care for our patients, community, and each other. For those team members celebrating Eid al-Fitr this week, we wish you and your family Eid Mubarak.

What You Should Know This Week:

  • Extraordinary Care – The Cooper Difference. There are many things that set Cooper apart – our tremendous trauma team is one of those things. In a remarkable and high-pressure situation, the pediatric trauma, neurosurgery, pediatric anesthesia, and operating room teams collaborated to save two young patients who had sustained serious brain injuries in separate sledding accidents. Click here to see a video about this amazing story.
  • The Peep-le Have Spoken. Congratulations to the winners of the 2024 Peeps Diorama Contest and thank you to all who participated in this creative new contest. To view the winners and other submissions, click here.

Health care is not like many other professions when it comes to our ability to participate in this day. We have developed a quality program balancing the challenges our health care environment requires. Accordingly, only those who have received notice that their child was selected may bring their child to work this day. For more information, click here.
