- Cooper’s heart program, part of Cooper and Inspira Cardiac Care, has once again been recognized as a Blue Distinction® Center for Cardiac Care by the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. - Cooper emergency medicine physician, Joshua Rempell, MD, MPH, traveled to Ukraine to provide Stop-the-Bleed training. Dr. Rempell recently completed a 14-day educational mission to provide trauma and mass casualty training courses to medical personnel, first responders, and non-clinical members of the community. - Cooper’s Human Research Protections Program has executed a new agreement with Rowan University to increase the collaborative research between our institutions. Cooper’s research community is encouraged to participate in the training sessions scheduled for January and February for additional information about the agreement and new research policies and processes aimed at streamlining collaborative research endeavors.
