- No one likes to go to the ER, but the team of nurses, doctors, and technicians made it a comfortable experience. Even the security guards were great. (Camden) August 11, 2026
- Nick, the RN, was amazing! As a Cooper employee it’s so refreshing to see team members in action embodying our core values. From the second he came in until I was discharged, he reassured me and checked in on me, not even knowing I was also a team member. He treated me with kindness and respect. Dr. Moore and the resident were amazing and explained everything; they listened and understood me. As someone who works in the hospital it was so refreshing to see how attentive and caring everyone truly was without knowing my title or position. The Radiology team was so upbeat and walked me through every step of the way. I cannot remember their names from CT but they truly made my experience better. Juan in Transport was fast, caring, and had a few jokes to keep the energy up when I felt so sick. Truly one of the best experiences. Everyone checked in and helped me when needed. No complaints or issues and although I have a ton of follow up appointments, I am glad I left with some answers and clarity. (Camden) August 11, 2026

- Dr. Tae Kim is so professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He really takes the time to explain and lets you be heard. The team I had were also very professional and kind. (Camden) August 13, 2026
- The tech who did my test, Noah, was very patient with me. It is an extremely long walk from when you enter the hospital to the cardio/pulmonary test area. He got me a wheelchair and wheeled me back to the entrance when I was leaving. It was greatly appreciated. (Cape) August 14, 2026
- I came in on Friday experiencing a severe anaphylactic reaction to peanuts, which I was accidentally exposed to during my vacation in Sea Isle City. I was obviously very concerned as I could not breathe and was not getting enough oxygen. I came in and the ladies at the ER reception desk noticed I was in need of immediate attention. They got me into a chair and wheeled me to a cubical, where I was immediately seen by two-to-four nurses and doctors who jumped into action getting me on monitors and triaging the problem. I unfortunately don’t have any names as I was caught up in trying to stay calm and steady my worsening breathing. The doctors and nurses knew what they were doing and calmed and reassured me, getting me the medicine and treatment I needed. When a doctor asked me how I was doing that day, I responded honestly with “not great” which I was glad made everyone laugh. That reassured me that everything was going to be fine. Thanks to the skillfulness, professionalism, and dedication of your staff, what could have been a life-threatening experience, was just a funny story and a four-hour mishap. The staff that was working (from the reception desk, nurses, doctors, respiratory specialist, etc.) from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. were absolutely awesome and are in the exact profession they are meant to be doing.
