- Literally everyone, from the ER staff to the doctors and nurses who provided inpatient care were attentive, kind, and caring. They listened and made me feel valued. The hospital was full, but it never interfered with the care I was given. I have been in hospitals in other places several times, but the Cooper experience far exceeded any other. This was also the first hospital that was quiet at night, allowing patients to rest and sleep. The care I received was exceptional, and I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone again. - The Cooper trauma team and IR saved my child’s life. They worked extremely efficiently and with the utmost care upon his arrival. My family and I are forever grateful for their knowledge and skills and just genuine concern for my son during his month long stay at Cooper. When he was moved to the peds unit the nurses and pediatricians continued to work with the trauma team to support his recovery and were very responsive to his needs. Now that he has been discharged and is at home his health seems to be improving rapidly just as the team at Cooper anticipated.
