- Cindy was my nurse during my first chemo treatment yesterday and she was excellent. So knowledgeable and explained everything in a helpful way that I understood. She made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. I also met with Dr. Strair yesterday and he also was great at explaining what’s going on in my body and how the chemo helps, which eased my mind a lot. I feel very taken care of during this stressful time and I’m glad I’m a Cooper patient. Every nurse, surgeon, tech, and doctor I have encountered has been so kind and great at their jobs. - From registration to phlebotomy the experience was excellent. Gabriel at registration took care of me with knowledgeable, thorough skill, addressing my questions with a patient, cheerful attitude. My wait to be taken back into the lab was short. The phlebotomist (my sincere apology that I do not remember her name) was equally welcoming. I appreciated her attentiveness as I explained I was sometimes a difficult stick and where she could most easily find a cooperative vein.
