Pulse+ Relaunch Tipsheet 

Accessing Pulse+

• Available on both desktop and mobile app. 

• New website: https://pulseplus.cooperhealth.edu. 

• Sign in with your Cooper SSO. 

• If you previously bookmarked the old Pulse+ site, please remove it — the URL has changed. 

Mobile App Instructions 

• If your phone has auto–update enabled, the app will update automatically. 

• If not, you’ll need to manually update the app: 

For iOS (iPhone/iPad)

• Go to the App Store.
• Search for Pulse Plus.
• Or use this direct link: Pulse Plus on the App Store
• Tap Get to install.

For Android

• Go to the Google Play Store.
• Search for Pulse Plus.
• Or use this direct link: Pulse Plus on Google Play
• Tap Install to download.

How to Post 

1. Click the pencil icon at the top right labeled Submit a Post.
2. Choose your content type from the dropdown menu: 
   • Image: post one or more images with a headline. 
   • Article: post one image, headline, and body text. 
   • Note: post text–only content. 
   • Video or Link: share multimedia or external resources. 
3.  Select a topic before publishing. 
   • For general posts, choose Cooper Experience. 
   • You can also post within specific topics that you follow. 
4. Click Publish. 
5. Don’t forget — you can like and comment on any post. 

Topics and Feed Guide 

How to follow a topic: 

1. Scroll to the bottom of the page or the Discover page in the More Menu. 
2. Click Follow on your desired topic. 
3. The button will change to Following, and posts from that topic will appear in your feed. 

How to unfollow a topic: 

1. Select Followed Topics. 
2. Locate the topic you want to remove. 
3. Click the Following button next to it. 
4. The button will revert to Follow, confirming you’ve unfollowed the topic. 

Viewing your feed: 

• Go to the Latest section on the homepage. 
• Click view all latest to open your full feed. 
• Engage with posts by liking and commenting. 
• You can also explore feeds labeled: 
  • For You 
  • Recommended 
  • Followed Topics 

Profile 

• Accessed via the person icon at the top right labeled Profile.
• Update your profile picture. 
• View your published posts. 
• Return to any posts you’ve bookmarked. 

Notification Center 

• Accessed via the bell icon at the top right labeled Notification Center.
• See updates from your followed topics. 
• Track who has interacted with your posts. 
• Review messages or tasks you may have missed. 

More Menu 

• Accessed via the three lines in the top right corner labeled More Menu.
• Return to the Home Page. 
• Explore the Discover Page to find new topics. 
• Access additional features.
