- Brittany was my nurse and she was absolutely awesome. She explained everything, went through everything, and was very courteous and helpful. She was great at doing the IV. I couldn’t say any more. - I would like to say that I felt heard and cared for. Gordon in the ER was amazing. Sorys on CDU was very nice to me. Bea the tech on CDU deserves recognition. She was the best. I was at an outside hospital before going to Cooper. I left that hospital because they treated me horribly. Cooper was a wonderful experience from top to bottom. All of the providers were respectful and helpful. Not once did I feel like an inconvenience or like they didn’t care about helping me. The nurses were competent and they made the experience bearable. Even when they were busy I didn’t feel they rushed through my care. When they were with me, they were WITH ME. I appreciated everything everyone did for me, especially after having the horrible experience at [another hospital]. I would definitely go back to Cooper if I needed hospital care again. I hope I don’t, but if I do I know where to go now. I would like to thank everyone on my care team, especially Beatrice, Sorys, and Gordon. From the bottom of my heart, I’m grateful.
