Dear Cooper Team:
We hope everyone is having a healthy and safe week. Thank you for your unwavering dedication to our patients, community, and each other. To those who celebrated Rosh Hashanah since our last CEO message, we hope you had a happy new year.
What You Should Know This Week:
- Open Enrollment and Health Benefits Update. For the second year in a row, there will be no cost increase to team members currently enrolled in the Cooper health benefits plan, which is unique for large health care organizations. Only team members who move into a higher tier due to a promotion or salary increase will see an increase in health benefits contributions in 2025. Please look for additional benefits and open enrollment-related information in the coming weeks. Click here to read more.
- Discover Cooper’s FSAs for Your Financial and Physical Well-Being. A flexible spending account (FSA) allows team members to allocate pre-tax dollars for eligible out-of-pocket expenses, enhancing both financial and physical well-being. Cooper offers two primary types of FSAs: medical FSA and dependent care FSA. Click here to learn more about FSA funds and how you can sign up during Open Enrollment.
- Street Parking Reminder. Team members are reminded not to park their vehicles in the Cooper Plaza neighborhood surrounding the Camden Campus. This is a permit-parking-only area enforced by the Parking Authority of the City of Camden (PACC). Beginning October 21, 2024, PACC will begin strictly enforcing this regulation and you may be ticketed or towed for violations. If you need to register for Cooper parking, please contact the Parking Office at 856.342.2498 or email Parking-Office@cooperhealth.edu.
