- The Linda Brand Scholarship Fund, Perpetuating Perseverance. A new scholarship fund honors the memory of Linda Brand, a dedicated Cooper team member who spent her career at Cooper encouraging others to pursue their educational and career goals. Linda served Cooper for nearly 30 years in various administrative roles. Linda had an unwavering commitment to creating opportunities for others to advance both personally and professionally. - March Is Breathe Better, Sleep Better Month. Sleep plays a crucial role in maintaining good health and well-being. Insufficient sleep or untreated sleep disorders can have detrimental effects on a person’s overall health and safety. For more information or to find a sleep specialist, click here.
- Annual Tuberculin Screening and Respirator Fit Testing Has Begun. To view the 2024 schedule, click here. Certain team members will need annual tuberculin screening based on their occupational risk. Everyone else will need to complete an in-person, written risk assessment. For more information, click here.
- Saturday Is National Doctors’ Day. Please join us in celebrating and honoring our Cooper physicians for all that they do for our patients, their families, and the Cooper team. - Wear Blue for World Autism Day. On Tuesday, April 2, 2024, help show support and raise awareness for individuals with autism spectrum disorder by wearing blue and posting your photos on Pulse+.
- Population Health Quarterly Award Nominations. Each quarter, Cooper’s Center for Population Health identifies a team member who exemplifies its values of innovation, patient empowerment, commitment to excellence, and compassionate care. - Last Chance to Vote for SJ Magazine’s Top Docs. The deadline to vote for SJ Magazine’s Top Docs is 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 31, 2024. Physicians can vote for their colleagues by clicking here. Team members who are Cooper patients can vote in the patient poll by clicking here.
